"Sunita worked hard to sell our house, and remained responsive after we were in contract and were closed. She was very knowledgable about the process and was a step ahead of us the entire way. She was very knowledgable about local considerations in Forest Heights and helped save us time working with the HOA. We got multiple offers, above asking, and we would work with her again."

"A+++, Highly Recommended! We bought our house in the Portland metro area while we were still residing out of state and our realtor Sunita Thacker made the experience wonderful and seamless! We were so fortunate to have found Sunita by chance—we were verifying a local listing of hers and called on a major holiday to leave a message. Sunita picked up her phone (yes indeed on a holiday), answered all our questions/concerns, and listened intently to us. She took diligent notes about our criteria and planned our itinerary for our first meeting in Portland. Sunita made lasting impression upon our first meeting. She was very professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and honest. Throughout the buying process, Sunita was very responsive, always answered every call, text or email no matter what time of day or night it was. She worked hard, gave us sound advice and extra attention to details. "Sunita was amazing! She constantly went above and beyond what we expected. She was there for us before, during, and after the process. She sold our home in 3 weeks for full price. I would highly recommend her!Before: She walked through our home and helped us with what we needed to do to be ready to show our home. She got high quality photos and prepared marketing materials. She advertised the listing on her personal channels and network. During: She held an open house every weekend until our home was sold. She aggressively scheduled showings and helped us respond to feedback. After: She helped us find people to get work done and was onsite while it was completed when we couldn't be. She made sure everything went smoothly and answered last minute questions.We chose Sunita because she it active in the community and at the school. "We have worked with Sunita to buy and sell our home in Beaverton, OregonWe moved to Portland in 2016 in a booming Portland market and did not know a lot of people, we got in touch with Sunita and she understood our requirements and showed us options in different neighborhood which then helped us down select a house of our liking. It was a great experience during the buying process.We were ready to move out of the same house and wanted to list the house on the market for sale. We had never sold a house before and Sunita guided us really well. Just on one phone call she stopped by and inspected the house and gave us a clear checklist to complete which we did in 3 days, she ordered professional photography with a drone capture of the surrounding, the house looked like a model home in the listing. We were able to list the house the following Friday and upon open house on the weekend we landed multiple offers the Tuesday and went pending in less than 4 days. Sunita's selling expertise were commendable and we are glad to have worked with here for the buying and selling cycle for the same house."
